We’re a proudly family-owned and operated company (not a franchise!) providing premium mosquito, tick, flea, and spotted lanternfly control services to residential and commercial customers throughout Northern New Jersey, and we’re looking for someone who loves working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and shows up ready to get after it every day.

We take our work seriously because our customers count on us for real results — and we need someone who is just as Serious about providing Solutions as we are.

What You’ll Be Doing

As one of our field technicians, your job is simple: help our customers enjoy their outdoor spaces again by neutralizing breeding sites and blasting bugs away.

On a typical day, you’ll be:

• Thoroughly treating properties for mosquitoes, ticks, fleas, and spotted lanternflies

• Operating backpack mist blowers and servicing mosquito bait stations

• Driving a company vehicle and following a daily service route

• Working independently throughout the day while keeping in close contact with management

• Politely and professionally speaking to customers, neighbors, and bystanders when necessary

Every property that you will visit is unique and will require a different approach, but the mission stays the same: do great work and deliver premium service every single time.

The Details

• Full-Time Position (40 hrs/week)

• Monday through Friday (4-day work schedule with 1 rain day)

• 7:00 AM start time

• Daily dispatch from Little Falls, NJ

• Seasonal employment from April through October

What We’re Looking For

You do not need pest control experience.

You do need to know what hard work feels like.

Required:

• Previous outdoor work experience (landscaping, lawn care, laborer, construction, or similar)

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic

• Ability to work independently without constant supervision
